There is lots of free Anti-spyware software available on web. You can download any of them and install it in your computer. After finishing installation process, just disconnect computer from internet or any kind of local network. Restart the computer once. After restarting computer, start installed anti-spyware for full computer scanning. It would be scanning whole computer and find out infected files. Remove those files and restart again your computer and add internet or network cable. If you perform this scanning activity 2-3 times at first time then make sure that internet and network cable must be un-plugged before activity.
